Project Overview
Azienda Trasporti Milanesi S.p.A (ATM) was bidding for the 7-year Luas Operations and Maintenance contract to operate the Dublin light rail network, which comprised of two lines, 42.5km of track and 81 light rail vehicles. Osirix provided Technical Bid Writing services to work closely with Subject Matter Experts and develop key responses including Infrastructure Maintenance, Operations Plan and Timetable Planning, Safety Management, and Security Management, while considering future fleet replacement and the Finglas extension.
Approach:
The Luas is Dublin’s light rail transit system, serving as a critical component of the city’s public transportation infrastructure. The Operations and Maintenance contract represents a significant opportunity to enhance service delivery and passenger experience across this important network.
