Project Overview
The Passport PQQ was a new streamlined process that made it easier for bidders to tender for rail franchise contracts in the UK. Once added to the approved supplier list, bidders were able to submit streamlined Expressions of Interest for up to four years.

Each response required extensive research to provide supporting case studies of previous experience. Worked with Subject Matter Experts from Abellio Group and Operating Companies, including Greater Anglia, Merseyrail and Northern Rail.
Results
The PQQ was submitted on time and added to DfT Passport list, enabling Abellio to submit a tender for the West Midlands Franchise.
